I took a pregnancy yoga workshop with Kim and it was fab. She gave us lots of exercises and breathing techniques that were useful both for pregnancy and the birth. Plus, it was a really fun, relaxing session :-)
I really like practicing Yoga with Kim. She is a wonderful teacher capable of adjusting her teaching style to the mood of the class. It doesn't matter if you are new to Yoga or you have been practicing for a while, she will always show you variations to enjoy the class and go further in your practice. As she is qualified to train Pregnancy Yoga I even practiced with her while I was pregnant.
I have attended the Pre-Natal & Birthing Workshop - it has been so useful and made me feel many step forward in my preparation to labour. I think we need to get ready for delivery from a physical point of view, but the mind plays also a key role. Thanks Kim for combining these two aspects in the workshop!
I was looking for an English led yoga session that was not overpriced and was rewarding. Breathe Yoga exceeded my expectations and continues to each week. I enjoy how each week has a differing focus and is never the same. I feel incredible after the class and the next day am reminded of what muscles I have worked on. I really enjoy working with Kim and her knowledge of Yoga is exceptional.
Easily the best and most rewarding yoga class I have ever taken, Kim is a fantastic teacher and really knows to run a class suitable to individual needs. I've always left feeling energised, relaxed and centered in myself so thank you Kim! x
